According to info on Club RS6, a sunroof on the RS6 is exclusive to the US. Is that true? If so, maybe we can feel a bit better about getting screwed on the seats, battery, lack of 19" wheels, etc.

Why "unfortunately"? I'd feel bad for you guys if you couldn't get a sunroof.

It's possible to get sunroof in Europe and other markets as well.

Just check this taken last summer in Ingolstadt

This picture is taken last week. I don't think is destined for the USA...

If Audi doesn't know what is possible to order or not I'm not surprised.
Even 2 weeks after my A6 order Audi couldn't tell if skisack was included or not - all the other things they didn't know either we concluded step by step but it took time.
I was happy to know that my Recaros came with electrical adjustment but it's not mentioned in the specification.

Please send to Len Hunt Vice President Audi NA with beloved regards from RS6.com. Please do your homework!
And please give the cusomters in the USA what they deserve - Recaros, Navi, 19" etc.

Hello there,
are all the Audi's S versions are the same in the US comparing to Europe's and Middle East's Versions, coz the S4 we have in here got 265bhp as well as in Europe where in the US its only 250bhp, is this difference only in the S4 or also in the S8 and S6?.

We got the Solar Sunroof as a standard option in here.

The difference between 265 and 250 isn't that the differnece between hp and bhp? Or is there more to it?

I ordered the solar sunroof, still haven't figured out why!! You leave the car cold, you return and it's cold, you leave it in the heat and it still hot on your return! Tell me I am doing something wrong?

A waste of money, I think.

I've got it on mine and I think it makes a difference. Certainly the other day me and a friend who has a Volvo S80 compared interiors after 8 hours in the sun and his was much hotter inside. The RS6 was still hot, though, just less so.

The US 2.7t engine for the A6 and S4 was set up to provide 250bhp, where the original Euro S4 was 265bhp, the A6 2.7t was 230bhp abd the Allroad 2.7t was 250bhp.

Now the (B5 platform?) S4 is no more, the 230bhp and 265bhp variants have been dropped and the only 2.7t in production is the 250bhp unit that's fitted to the last of the A6 2.7t and Allroads.

Okey. At least I've got the 250 hp 2.7T. Well almost, since it got MTM:ed straight out of the box :hihi:
