S4 4.2 US-spec?

What is the difference between the US 2005 S4's and the Euro-spec ones?
There is a US version for sale on a norwegian site, but I have no idea what the differences are.

I think the bumpers are a bit bigger on the U.S. model, and it's most likely not tuned for Euopean fuel. I think that's @ it. Anyone else know?
