Hello,

I just purchased a 2003 Audi RS6 from a dealer in NJ over the Internet. I hope to pick this car up next weekend. I have only driven a 2002 A6 2.6T that was highly modified and a manual. After reading up on the car and some advice by a few friends that are Audi nuts, I decided to give it a try myself. I have always been a BMW guy and still own a '91 850i six speed (12 cylinder, highly modified no less).

Anyway, just wanted to drop a note here and say "Hello:

I'll drive the car stock for awhile and look into the GIAC ECU and transmission chip upgrades... looks interesting at 520HP with 93 octane. Anyone have this modification on their RS6? Comments on the performance and reliability?

Nice one sean, you wont regret it the RS6 even in standard trim is one beast of a car.

It still shocks me even now, the power that it transmits to the road, your are just pinned into the seat, and the power floods seamlessley from there on upto silly speeds.

The RS6 is a absolute great car, you can drive it every day, Doenst matter of the weather, the quattro just grabs the road and then youre off! The power comes on any gear on any rev..! You wont regret it! :)

But the pics doesn't work, fix them... ;) We want to see the beast! :D
