I'd say 255. I have 255 wide PS2 that go on 8.5 wide rims, and they look pretty flush with the rim. No roundness at all on the sidewall. If you go with 275, the sidewall will look concave. The PS2 in 255 seems wider than 255 stock Pirelli or Dunlops. At least from my experience.

That's right. I have PS2s on my Beast with stock 18" rims and they are 255. The tires look good, handle great and are much quieter than the OE Pirellis.
