Retard, if he really would have wanted to ditch the cops, he would have done so. You could see many different times in that video how much faster he was, but no, he would slow back up and let the cops catch up. All cause it was some kind of game to him. Well, he might have had second thoughts being carried away on that stretcher.:applause:
