One normal car among supercars, what are these people on. If it was me I wouldn't have any supercars at all.
My list would read like this.
Lotus Elan (the first one)
Ford Escort RS 2000 (all of them)
Mini Cooper (again the first one)
205 GTI
Honda Integral Type R
E30 M3
Audi Quatto Sport
VW Golf GTI Mk1
The one I think should get the title is VW Golf GTI Mk1, the car the started the hot-hatch and brought performance to the masses.

Done, and ofcourse the Audi Quattro and the RS2 took two positions on my list.. together with a lot of Porsches.... :D
