Panjo on Audizine is a great place to start. I've fitted OEM RS4 wheels with Dunlop 3D winter sport 19 35 255 rubber rubber and the fitment is perfect! 19's should have been OEM on the US spec RS6 as they were in Europe.

No special hardware is required for mounting the OEM RS4's ( no spacers, no hub centric adapters) you do need all that BS when running peelers.

They come and go on the local Kijiji here in Calgary. They are reasonably pricesd and usually around $800 for a set. I just picked up a set of 19x9 Ronal Rotors here c/w Michelin Pilot Sports for $1K as a reference, so still a bit more than an OEM RS6 rim.
    '02 S6 Avant Silver - Pokey | Carbon Black/Ebony RS6 w/ stuff - darn quick | '03 Daytona Grey/Ebony RS6 w/ more stuff - quicker yet | '91 NSX CDN issue with 6spd & BBSC - quicker yet and then some | '87 Buick GNX OEM clone w/ lots of stuff - quickest hands down
