Less at genuine
that is cheap for a new Brembo caliper. Yeeks
You could find a reputable shop to rebuild them, or even do them yourself with enough patience.
2017 Subaru BRZ Limited w/ Performance Pack 6MT
2003 Audi RS 6 quattro 5AT - sold
I am certainly going to try and find a shop to rebuild the right one and check the left first!
Thanks for all the help guys!

Thanks for all the feedback. I haven't had the second one done but will get it done in the near future. My caliper drama continues. I was unaware but the local shop that just swapped out my front rotors and pads prior to the caliper piston issue has ground down the heads off the 3 screws that hold the metal plate on the end of each caliper. They told me they did this as there was build up under the metal plate that was causing difficulty to swap in the pads. Now the shop that's rebuilding the caliper says they may not be able to remove the screw bodies and rethread the holes. What a cluster f*ck. So pissed off at the local garage. Shop says the caliper may be toast without those plates in place!!

Caliper was rebuilt and the 3 screws on each side holding the small metal shield were retapped. All put back together and working fine. The shop told me that the faulty piston on the caliper may also have been the cause of the pedal dropping once in a while as it heated up the brake fluid when in the stuck position. Going to wait and see if the brake pedal fade issue appears again. What a pain this was as this car is my daily drive. While it's not completely related, I have put my car for sale in the classifieds and locally as I want to move onto a new 3.0 A6 that has my eye.
