    Nevada Challenge

I've been thinking of entering one of these ever since I got the .

They have different classes were regular street cars can enter, and heavily prepped cars can enter in the higher up classes.

    Here's a vid of a race prepped 350Z wiping out at @ 260kph...

Notice, driver walks away! Great to see he was unharmed but that car is now a complete write off!

By the sound from the video, something happened to the car a few seconds before the crash, not the driver's fault as I first thought.
Search and you will find the truth.

Was thinking the same thing. Maybe a tire/suspension failure?

Not quite as straight as one would imagine. Afterall, even gentle bends become hairpins at high enough speeds.

Here's the website for the "Silver State Challenge": http://www.silverstateclassic.com/

    May do one soon...

    Haha...both!

The Silver Classic is cool because like a Audi Track event, you can bring either a completely stock street car, a modded street car, or a full blown race car. Whatever you like. The higher the car's capabilities (and safety), the higher classes you can enter into. The next event is in the fall (twice a year, spring and fall).
