As already said, the S6 isn't the competitor to the E63.
The S6 starts in Germany at 79.800 Euro, the E63 starts at 93.090 Euro.

S6 is best what Audi has to offer in this segment, so until new RS6 is out S6 is going to be in ''battle'' against ''Stutgarter'' and ''Bavarian'' representative.
