Thanks Benman .
I had some fueling issues so it took two weeks after the hardware install just to get it tuned. The car has been running with the new turbo since october :king: :king: and til now it is dealing pretty well with the extra power .

I had never tried to launch the car at 4k rpm after the BT conversion - don´t wanna mess with the stock clutch - so I really don´t know the 0-100 kph time. BTW, I think the 0-200 kph would be better if u want to compare it to a stock S3 .

Power output : 309 whp/ 352 crank hp
Torque: 400 Nm

The car has never been to a drag strip, so I can´t tell u the 1/4mile or the 0-60 mph time. All I can say is that it feels pretty fast .

That's quite a healthy turbo conversion, I like it and yields some decent results.

Nice.. Yeah the first gear in the S3 is out very fast..:MTM:
But 1.3 bar isn't sow much.. I had that on my S3 with stock turbo.. Just an chip and it had but 274hp and 395nm..

That´s the difference when u go big turbo : with the same boost u can achieve much better results.
Besides that, I get full boost @ 4k rpm and the turbo keeps pushing til redline, much different from the stock K04.
And don´t forget that a small turbo like the K04 tends to produces more torque than power, that´s why u will always get numbers like the ones u posted.

So the S3 got a single RS4 turbo Cool..
But the K04 dont produce so much NM as the turbos on the S4..
Just with a chip (stage 1 Dahlback) to the S4-Biturbo you get 560nm That is 120nm more than a stock RS4 (440nm) and Stage on RS4 you get 550nm, but a lot more horsepowers
