the new intercoolers, and oil cooler. the kit also comes with intakes.... but searched the net anyone else delt with this kit can help shine a light on it. is it worth it?

Performance? Not sure - and rest assured that you will never have a chance to fully utilize it in US (unless you track the car). I'm always carefull around "we could not test the engine, dyno will not tale it ... blah blah".
Secondly - are you going to keep the beast for more than 6 months? If yes that some reputable tuner/mod may be better investment ....
Additional or better gearbox cooling is something I would look for long term as this appears to be a weak point at least in hot weather.
