Two high performance cars which do two totally different things.

Welcome back into the saddle Bajo.

Is the GT2 standard? Is it the comfort model or the Clubsport?

You are so right about that, every morning its a scream fest with him when I gotta leave for work, but every where else he goes with me.

The GT2 only came one way to the states as far as I know. There is nothing "comfort" about it, but one helluva car.
The only mod to the GT2 is a Fabspeed sport exhaust and it makes the car sound like it should have sounded from the factory, when you think about it Porsche gets away with murder, almost $200k for the car, no power seats, no CD changer, no sunroof, no insulation anywhere in the car BUT I would do it all again, NO regrets for the purchase for it.

This is a little OT, but how is that brick driveway treating you? Is it a pain in the arse shoveling in the wintertime? Just wondering if the shovel "catches" as you're pushing snow across it, for those times when only a couple of inches fall and shovels come out instead of machinery. I'm thinking of doing the same thing here in the Boston 'burbs. I want to widen the driveway so I can park a tow vehicle and trailer, but I'm thinking to go brick instead of asphalt again.

Do you ever drive the GT2 on the street or is it a pure track machine?

This should be in the nice house and nice cars section/post we had a while back. Real nice. Makes me want to move out of the city and get a house. Will start looking immediately.

    JJV,

I would never do brick again, concrete is the way to go esp. nowadays they can make it look so damn good. The bricks move around and I hate them, in the winter its not bad you do catch the shovel at times but mainly I dont bother with the shovel and wait for it to be enough to use the snowblower, have no problem getting out with the Denali or the RS6.

GT2 has never been tracked, yet I am going to a porsche meet at Tire Rack's place in South Bend on Sept. 18 anyone is welcome more info can be found at 6speedonline.com.

    Ben,

Thank you for the kind words I am just thrilled to have an RS6 again, everyone thinks it is a brand new car.

Yes the little one is the winner in the photos ! Thanks guys for making me feel welcomed AGAIN.
