Saw it in Sweden last summer!
The black boat posted by "sturs6" is owned by Paul Allen (biggest "Microsoft" shareholder), he was in Dubrovnik last year with something very similar to this. I am allmost sure it's his boat.
Isn't the name of the black boat "Octupus" or something similar?

The name is just "OCTOPUS", it has 2 helicopters on it and 4 smaller yachts in escort.

The rear end has some kind of af gate and inside the gate this huge room is, for the smaller yachts and jetskies.. Very impressive..
