Haven't gotten around to posting this until now, but it might still be fun to show, so here it is, pictures from the Monaco Grand Prix.
I was standing a bit closer than the typical places that you can watch from in monaco, and fortunate for me this place wasn't full of lots of people which made for a much better view...
Here are the pics, and yes, i know the fence is very annoying, but there was fence around the whole track...
Pic of a mercedes pace car, which was Not stock judging from its sound
Pics of some of the f1 cars that blew past, 5 meters infront of me... Most impressing was the sound, to say the least...
Following are from the Carrera cup that took place on the same day i was there... The sound volume of these where a *tad* lower, so i removed my ear plugs and noticed that they actually sounded really nice...
From the following pic, can anyone guess where i am standing?
I decided to move to a better spot, and 30 seconds after i moved two f1 cars collided infront of me... Was fun to see how they dealt with it, lifted the cars out of there with a crane...
And while i was there i might as well snap of a couple of shots of the surroundings...
A VERY big yacht.... Compare it to the ocean-liner to the left of it. This i believe is actually one of the worlds biggest private owned yacths, and belongs to Roman Abramovich (a russian who also owns the Chelsea soccer team), and the boat is named Pelorus...
You see fun things infront of the Monaco hotels...
