Not as rare as you think, Mr.Sultan of Brunei has the other 6 (?) examples, specially commisioned by Pinninfarina.

Speaking of the Sultan, I've read/heard that many of his cars that he has, have been neglected to the extent that mould is starting to grow on the seats of the likes of 355 Spyders/456s/550s etc.
