Well,I hope it is going to be V10 TT and HP output at about 550(not less) and torque not less than 700 NM

    What size r those wheels.They look 20 to me,definately not 18

I wonder if the V8 versus V10 question is influenced by the fact that F1 is considering moving toward 2.4L V8's ...

An F1 2.4 litre engine with around 700 bhp?

Imagine that in an RS4/ RS6 and stuck well behind the front wheels. I'll take one, please.

God, I hope they solve that Onstar Problem. (said with a lisp)

    JUST KIDDING....

Tweaked Twin Turbo V8 with direct fuel injection and a MANUAL TRANSMISSION would be sweeeeeeeeeeeeet.

    Smile Next RS6 wow!

Have no fear, I think Audi is use to the feeling of beating the M5, so they most likely put out a new M5 beating RS6... now the E55 from benz is a different story.

    think so...

manuel transmission is very powerful than the tiptronik transmission. Think of the a6 2.7t automatic and manuel transmission. There is around 1 sec in 0-100km acc.

Manual Transmissions are becoming fewer and far between.

A real sequential 6 speed would be great in an RS6 or perhaps a 7 speed!

The A6 2.7 turbo with Manual is more than a second faster than the automatic to 60 mph. That is a big difference.

In the M3 manual (6speed) vs. SMG transmission (6speed), the difference is less and in some trials the SMG was faster.

The RS6's transmission is ok, but a faster shifting unit would take some time off the numbers.

I would much rather have a manual transmission in mine.

As long as it is not a 4 cylinder pumping out 100 horse power I will be happy as long as it comes to the US in an Avant. But every thing that has been mentioned would be nice 500 horse normally asperated or turbo either is exciting with a sequential gearbox of some sort.

I think it's not ok because the automatic transmission decreases the performance values very much. A6 2.7tt manuel transmission accelerates to 60 miles in 6.0 secs. But tiptronic makes around 7 secs. This car has 250 hp. But the next gen rs6 will have 500 hp. Maybe with a manuel transmission. If it will have a manuel transmission i think it will probably make the 0-60 miles acceleration in 4 secs.
