    Swapping door cards...

Just wanted to get a sense for how easy or difficult this might be? I think it comes with the speaker but I have to transfer the door pockets, switches and CF trim? Is there any wiring required?
    Thanks

The new Door Cards where $800 a piece when I priced them! I ended up fixing my broken top edge and it has held up well. But your list is spot on.

The cards themselves are very easy to remove and replace. Speakers and pockets are attached to the cards and are also easily swappable with a few screws. I can't speak for the trim. You shouldn't have to wire anything, just unplug and plug in.

Yes it is very easy. I had planned on taking the leather insert from my card and swapping it in a door card I got from the junk yard. On the RS6 and A6 line the dam panel is completely glued into place, not just a few spots like the VW door cards, so removing the insert was a long process with a Dremel. I ended just fixing the top edge with GB weld. Worked fine.
