Bigglezworth, I tried to do this but found the OEM was not compatible with the China unit. Could you please provide more details on how to? Cheers

What were the part numbers they shipped you for the upper and lower trim steering column trim pieces?
RS6 #1 904959, Daytona, Silver, tons of "stuff," went through puddle, dead engine, end of #1 for me, rebuilt by local enthusiast and thriving.
RS6 #2 904568, Avus, Ebony, no stuff, stock minus RNS-E.

The question is would you want to put any $15 part from China in your car. I only wish the OEM parts didn't fail so easily, so I guess an argument could be made for cheap Chinese parts

And this is why one car is worth $20k and a similar looking one $25k. Having a clean interior that isn't scuffed up can cost a fair amount of money and time. Add in the seats and headliner and a very clean example will go for almost $30k, while a car with similar miles and roughed up interior will go for $30k. To the right buyer of course...

Cmnair, yours looked fairly good from what I've seen and should be very nice with your restoration work!

Ordered some interior and exterior items from Robert @ http://www.bks-tuning.com again today. Great service & prices are very reasonable with the dollar strengthening vs. the euro. Highly recommended

OEM Center Console Lid I was using the cheap chinese version that did not do the rest of my interior any justice so I splurged for the real deal $159, also lower center grill and passenger side intercooler grill, both of mine popped out & were lost on the road someplace.

Thanks for the info! I ordered the steering wheel emblem, mine is all messed up. Does that just pop out or does it need to be glued? Thanks
