    Does anyone here have a 6-speed car registered in California?

    I'm having trouble registering my car in Massachusetts since they adopted CARB standards and had some questions.

    Oh balls... does this mean I have to move out of state if I wanna swap mine? Or I could just wait 3yrs when they no longer test emissions; it'll probably be that long before I can afford to do it!

    Do you mean registering or getting inspected? All you need to register is a title.
