Stance off after Koni Yellow install

So I did the Koni with stock spring swap and now my stance is off. The front looks the same as before, but the rear is quite a bit lower (I used the lowest perch on the rears.) The passenger rear camber is out of wack too........the top is tilted way in. I suppose I can loosen the control arm bolts and not jack the suspension up so far before I re-tighten them, but can the goofy camber be adjusted with an alignment? Pics below:

ID:	15530Should be like this, not sure though, even after an alignment it's sitting low. Way the springs set into everything I guess?
