Not to rain on your parade, but your shopping quotes are through the roof. A few minutes looking online and you can see people shipping wheels across country for 100-200 bucks. There are several DIY that show you how.

I understand if it's not worth it to you. But you've had these for sale for quite awhile. I'm a buyer at 600 shipped. That's 150 to ship just 4 wheels without tires and spacers.
Boxes could be had from most tire stores, buy some sort of padding, and then follow the tips on how to ship them cheaply. I have a business address you can ship too, which saves money as well. Dont get a quote from the usp store, they'll rape you.
