    Help with Wheels and tires

Hey guys..sorry if i am asking the same thing again but really need your help..

I am plannign to put 20 inch wheels on my RS6 c5. Now I am on standard 19 inches...my question is

    1, can i put 9x20 or 9,5x20 or maybe 10x20 wheels?
2, what are the tires i can use on these ones?
3, will i need spacer in any of the before mentioned?

    thanks for any advice

    Mike

Guessing you're in Europe? Nice looking ride, I have the same tails, want those wheels!

Not to be a turd, but it seems like the ride would be damned harsh on 20's, but some handle that better, depends on your roads around there....

Thanks buddy, i want to go for 20 for sure...this is my second RS6 with this wheels and got tired of them...so thats why i want to make a change. Well the roads are not bad here so its not gonna be so tragic...

What i really want is that it should have a good stance...but have no idea what it the ideal size for the 20 wheels on this rs6

great colour combo, if you want to keep the allroad look 20'x10' 275/30/20 no worries ..if not you'll be rubbing harder than a teenager.....if you plan on lowering

nene...one thing I dont get...and just hope somebody puts me in the right direction...but can you put 9x20 in the front and 10x20 in the rear..i mean a different size? I thought that because of the quattro you have to have the same size of wheels and tires on all the wheels...

hi mate, you could do what i did as i wanted a staggered look , i run 19x9.5 all round (car is lowered) with a +30 offset. but a different back spacing on the rear as you don't need to worry as much about caliper clearance \
so at your right height you could run 10'a i think ..they stick out a tad thou .

you could then have a 3 inch front lip and a 4.5 inch rear lip (or there abouts)

see my pic as an example

I have ridden in a KWv3 with 20" = harsh ride and not fun. At times, the road(s) felt like washboard and the tires would skim across the tops.
In my opinion, 20" and 21" on the C5 RS6 are a little cartoon-ish just like spinner rims or 28" rims on Chevy Tahoes

I get your point...sometimes when i see rs6 on 20 they are not nice at all and really dont like the look..but also is very important what kind of wheels you pick and what size of tires and of course how is the height of your car... but made me think twice really...and been looking for some pics of rs6 and found this one and absolutelly love it... i think it has 19 inches on it but correct me if i am wrong but think that the rears are something like 9,5 maybe 10 right?
Anybody can tell me exactelly what is the size of the wheels and what tires he has on..

I am an rookie on this and i prefer ask you guys for advice before i make anything... and please if i want to put 9x19 in front and 9,5x19 maybe 10x19 in the back what tires should i put so i dont mess with the quatrro system...

Thanks so much for any reply guys!!

You just have to ensure the rolling diameter is the same front to rear.
