The Milltek's are a little larger than stock, close to 2 3/4" as the stock pipes will slide right into the Milltek's. Stock O.D. slightly smaller than Milltek I.D.

We just did a full 3" turbo back exhaust on the sportec rs600. Mandrel bent 3" downpipes into an xpipe then 3" all the way back. 3" downpipes will fit. Previously the car had stock gutted downpipes and milltek cat back with resonators. Sounds amazing now!
I will say the stock downpipes are very restrictive. Exhaust comes right out of the turbo and it hits a wall and goes straight down. Ridiculous!
