    BB GT28's w/ Tial Wastegates, Full 3" Open Exhaust, Wagners, Billet Triple Disk Converter, Built Trans, Exedy Friction Disks, ECU/TCU Tuned, 450/AEM400/1000cc/AFPR, E85, R8 Coils, Nubcake Tuned. Fastest RS6 in the USA :)

    Now that this project is reaching the drive and enjoy stage, I really need to get some photos.

    Here's one I stole from a fellow who was at Carlisle over the weekend.

    I was lucky enough to see this beast in the 'flesh' so to speak. @ Black Forest Motorsport in Buffalo, where it was getting a thorough detail by Mike of Auto Aesthetica who does incredible work. I can't wait to see pics of it all shined up. Steve, please take some time to enjoy this badass ride. Haha. For whatever reason I feel proud that a part of my RS6 (SE exhaust) made it onto this gorgeous car. Best of luck on whatever your plans are for it. Mine is still for sale, but with summer pretty much here, I'm getting closer and closer to putting the plates back on it and driving her like she should be.

    I'm really considering building one of these in the next few years. S6 prices are getting pretty reasonable, and it seems there's always a rs6 or two with a bad title for sale.

    When I had my perfect S6 for 2 years....there were no wrecked RS6s avail

    I hated driving the S6 so i finally got rid of it.

    Now i have the wrecked RS6 and S6 prices have jumped along with almost no low mileage examples left.

    FYI, the avant walks on the GT4 from a 75 to 150+

    Didn't even take it out of 6th gear. Just hit the gas pedal. GT4 went down to 4th and shifted near redline.

    Pics since it did happen.


    The sounds of the GT4 and the rev matching feature during downshifts sounds glorious, btw. I want one....

    Thanks for sharing. The pull in 5th when boost comes on around 100mph is impressive

    I'll get more pics when I quit tinkering with it. I'm now having a legit OEM RS6 avant rear spoiler being painted prior to installation.

    Don't forget that I've also got less drivetrain loss with the clutch & flywheel, too.

    Wonder what would have happened if I'd downshifted to 4th.

    I dream of owning a 6MT RS Avant but don't think I have it in me to go thru another conversion. And the one that was for sale (did it sell?) is too rich for my blood.

    Gosh, I hate waiting for parts to arrive....
