    Goodbye RS6, hello S5..

Title says it all.. Decided to give Audi one more chance..Just traded in the beast and will take the keys of a brand spankin new 2013 S5 tomorrow..

Checked out the RS5 but honestly, having had 450 hp for the last 10 years the only place I got to use it was between stoplights..
Hopefully this will be a trouble free machine.. lord knows, I deserve it.. finally..''

So, thanks for all the help over the years, I will now be calling the S5 forum home..

    Hy Octane..

    Over n out!!

I drove an RS5.....after that the S5 does not do it! LOL...unless it's an S5 Cab, but the RS5 will be out with a convertible top.

The Sound of the RS5 engine is just nice!

    But you'll love the S5....

If you keep one key or the owners manual, you're still with the old timers....perhaps keep a rear floor mat, or a chunk of the DRC...

Sad to see the 6 gp, but the replacement isn't bad either.

    Congrat's and Enjoy!

Interesting route you choose, 2dr after 4dr.
That 3.0 T is cool engine, I love superchargers, even do Audi is starting to replace it with 3.0 bi-turbo from next year.

In Europe, there isn't manual option for S5, I presume that in US is the same...

I understand the power issue. I have about 570-580 and use it fairly seldom.
Best of luck, I am going with Porsche next round myself and have had 1/8th the issues you have (as I now knock on wood).
