    I have a 2012 CTS-V wagon, and a 2008 Mercedes CLK63 AMG Black series... :-)

Husband's car is a 2009 Infiniti G37S. My younger sister lives with us - she drives a 2002 Jaguar XK8...

I'm 40, and am in the education policy/developmental economics field. After dumping well over $100K into a Nissan Skyline GT-R never to be seen again, I switched my modification addiction to bikes which gives a lot more bang for the buck; currently have a highly modified 2012 BMW S1000RR and a more mildly tuned 2000 Ducati ST4. My wife drives a 2004 Hyundai XG350 which she absolutely refuses to let go of; she got it new as her first car in high school. My 3 year old son drives a BMW M3 GT2 (pedal powered), and I have another son due in May...which means the RS6 isn't going anywhere soon as the family grows.

I've kind of lost the car bug as I've gotten more serious into sportbikes; they're just so much faster and you can hit ridiculous speeds more safely, ironically. For example, on a long empty on-ramp, I can hit 140mph, then coast down to 70 by the time I'm merging with traffic. Not possible with a car. But if I had the opportunity to buy an '84 Audi Sport Quattro, I couldn't promise my wife that I would resist the temptation!

R32, owned it overseas and had to sell it at a huge loss when I returned to the States - Motorex scandal had already gone down and Kaizo had gotten busted too, so no avenues for import. It made 700bhp though The guy I sold it to wasn't able to handle the car and completely totalled it within a month in a single car accident.

Seems that many have bikes. I've always like bikes except for the whole organ donor thing, however I believe my next toy may be a T-Rex...seems like a good compromise. As its kinda the middle ground between a bike and lotus.

As a cardiologist who has had a numerous patients undergo a heart transplant, it is good to see so many folks riding donorcycles.
My roommate in college had a sweet Honda 750 that he dumped on slick pavement one evening and as his head hit the curb, the helmet kept him alive but he went from prelaw to struggling to work in a grocery store. It's not if you dump your bike, it's when and what happens. It is rarely the bike rider's fault.
Sorry for the rant, but I forbid my 4 sons from ever getting on a bike. Everyone has the "it will never happen to me" syndrome. Be careful, friends...
