it really looks great, these pictures taken in the factory do justice to the car and can really see the flared arches...and those big air inlets, and the big oval tail pipes....the rear wheels would look better with a lower offset or some spacers, but i love it as it is, looks stunning!

this rs6 is really nicely built, the right wider body a real diferent RS body kit lets say. for me only the quatro logo in the bottom of the front grill is not relevant. but this is such a detail..... long time since the RS4 V8 B7 that I have liked what audi has done on an RS car.... even if i owed an RS5. its kind of a false RS to me with not enough of a difference RS body versus S5 for example. congrats audi for this one.... RS7 can stay in the factory no interest.... who would want a normal body in an RS car....

Contrary to what I thought, I am starting to like the rs6 more than the 7.

c'mon...the RS6 is waaaay better looking than the 7, IMHO the 7 doesn't really have what it takes to make it a proper RS model and stand out, as the RS6/RS4 does, from a standard 7..., the 4 and 6 are the proper RS cars!

Agreed, the RS7 without flared fenders was a disappointment,

Qisha, I "made" easy money betting that there will be plus versions of the 6 and the 7. How much of a gamble would it be to say that RS7 Plus will have flared wheel arches? )

the A7 is already very wide. like A8 wide. maybe someone can compare the RS6 and A7 width. if you made the RS7 wider it would look weird, trust me, i've seen it in person.
    Past- A4, TT, S4

    Present- R8 V10

    Well...

Judging by the reception from this rather captive audience that the car isn't "RSy" enough, which I agree, this car is going to rot on dealer lots. Way to go Audi.

    RS7 1911mm and with mirrors 2139mm
    RS6 1936mm/ 2086mm

2cm narrower, but mirrors extend 5cm more out???

Got the rs7 dimensions from page 24.
