Take a look at the picture that shows the ESP button. Any idea what the prior owner did with that dead button? Maybe it's for the bluetooth that you can see installed in the other pics by the telematics?

could be for the BT...the car looks nice but IMHO i think it's too pricey for that mileage....there is a nice one for sale here with many parts already replaced such as DRC, gearbox, torque converter for less money and it's also looking very good, have a look at it...

It should be mounted higher.

Hard to tell without a closer look. People have wired in Radar Detectors, Jammers, Tail light kill switches, W/M Injection, etc.... Just needs a closer investigation.

The LED for my Built In Escort 9500 is in the exact same location. Might be that.

It's gotta be a detector/laser jammer. I'd put a crispy new Washington on it.

There should be another knob, button somewhere to turn the system on/off.

Hopefully he/she left the unit in there and it's not just a ugly dead button now. Why can't whoever traded this car in just come forward!? I just assumed every RS6 owner in the Chicagoland area was on this site.
