That's someone's PS that has circulated for the past year. I really doubt that represents the new TT Mk3.

I think we're going to see a version of the TT morph into a Quattro concept special edition. It'll be lighter than the TT, with Quattro Concept styling cues. it'll have plenty of carbon fibre and aluminium parts. The five-cylinder engine will be tuned but will still be mounted transversely. It should be a real 911-scarer at half the price.
