Anyone change their crank positioning sensor?

Has anyone changed this themselves? I've heard two different scenarios on this. One says that subframe drop and hang the motor( 8+ hours) is necessary while the other says can be done with just unbolting down pipe(4 hours max). Any help is greatly appreciated.

It is behind the driver's side turbo pressure side. I would remove air box top, remove the 3 bolts that holds the turbo to the exhaust manifolt and move the turbo outwards a bit to get to the crank sensor.
