will the car go into production?
will the car go into production?
~~~And God did ask the stones... wants their Quattro to drive... the stones answered..." no we´re not hard enough".~~~
In a word: Gorgeous!
If this the result of Qisha listening to all our feedback about RS cars, then we have to be pleased! However, it does rather beg the question: why would anyone want an RS5 when they can have one of these? My recommendation to Audi is put this thing of beauty into production as soon as possible and please don't charge too much for it.
Very clever. Very Vorsprung durch technik. Bravo, Audi.
This car is magnificent! Please bring this in production ASAP! 99.999 euro incl. VAT with all the extra's seems just the ideal price for this
More like €70,000, thank you very much. I'm not paying €100K for a 5-cylinder engine.
Dear Friends,
the Concept stage is well advanced. I can tell you so much, there is something coming and it is not going to take years...
Public feedback will give a outlook on presumable sale figures and tend to adjust the limitation...
Qisha
Thanks, Qisha!
Those are indeed great news!
Qisha,
Love this car. No, I mean I REALLY love it. A work of genius. Losing so much weight, using that engine, adding the new AWD system plus the styling, which is so evocative of the original yet so fresh and unmistakably Audi, all give this car an irresistible appeal.
No DSG option?
(Please can it have the option of two small rear seats, like TT. i know this goes against the theory of a focused WRC rally car, but real-worl practicality makes it somewhat necessary.)
Qisha,
Put me down as #1 on the list for the US. This is finally the car I would trade my RS6 in on - and proudly park it in the stable next to my urq. BRING IT!
I love it, it's menacing, gotta start saving $$$
Everybody does man...
Better start stealing, though... lol
I take it from your comments that a REAL version of this will make it to serious production relatively soon (18mths or so) but how much of the concept will remain? Will it keep the ultra light construction which will undoubtedly mean an exceedingly high price tag or will they try a look at alternative materials which will be much cheaper though more importantly retain most of the weight saving but will allow the car to be priced competitively to warrant decent numbers to be built instead of limit supply and then ending up a play thing for popstars and footballers alike.
If this goes to production and doesn't come the US, I will resent Audi forever. It is really something.
