    C5 RS6 Mud flaps?

Anyone try fitting mud flaps from a 4.2 V8 A6 or an allroad? Is there such a thing? My blue paint is sand-blasted down to the primer in some spots.

There's this outfit in the UK that sells mudflaps for all manner of euro-cars but I can't seem to find them (I saw it in an old Audi driver mag which I threw out before getting this car)

Any ideas/leads are appreciated ! TIA

The A6 4.2 flaps look like udders

That said, the rears bolt on. The fronts need modification.

An option may be clear bra down there. I have done it and have zero chips on the wheel arches and behind the tires.

Thanx....very true, mudflaps aren't so flattering but I care little about that... they do serve a purpose for those of us driving in the snow-belt.

I only plan on doing the fronts...they will hide the rash and stop the rear flares from getting worse since I'm going to 19x9" rims. I think its more noticeable on the dark color cars too since the primer almost looks white to me.

Had I gotten the car new (LOL) I certainly would have gone for the clear treatment. Its way too late now...

    Clear bra is your friend.

15 minutes for the front fenter arches. 40 bucks of material.

5 minutes to put the stuff on the rear arches. 20 bucks of material.

My gray car came with them on the rear. Have NO idea on what they were originally for. Perhaps an Allroad, A6? Don't know. Here's a pic with them on. I drive through the winter with them on and take them off in the mid spring when I pull the winters for summers. Vice versa in the fall of course.

Nope, the tape was to get me from Arizona to Minnesota without rock chips.
