Traction control light coming on when starting car, wtf?

When I started my car this morning and the evening the traction control stayed on for about 15 seconds before going off. Performance is the same as normal, but I have never seen this before.

Any ideas? I just replaced my plugs and filters, but not sure if that would have anything to do with it.

    I'll scan tomorrow for codes.

    Thanks.

Sounds like something has changed or gone wrong. Like you said, scan the brakes/ABS module and see what you get.

Did you start the car with your foot on the brake and leave it there?

    No, what does that do?

I figured out after scanning what was wrong, I didn't plug MAF A connector in all the way, so it was giving a low signal

You can get this warning light when the car thinks the brake is on when it shouldn't be. A faulty brake light switch causes it most often, but I was wondering if it could be caused any other way.
