I think I have the 2011 disk and I bought mine from Tom Sawyer, who purchased it from ZAWA.
I was going to get one from ZAWA but Tom's became available.
I would recommend ZAWA.

Just installed full BT/Sirius set up from ZAWA - it was all in the kit that he put together. Transaction was easy and the unit was fully testes and ready to go. Two thumbs way up.
Thanks guys for the input, when I get back I plan on doing this with ZAWA. Can't wait to replace the tape deck/ cd changer.
