But if you get downpipes/full turbo back, you'll get the best of both: sound and 10-15HP gain.

i think thats all the companies that make aftermarket exhaust system for the RS6 C5
I agree with the above comments, a cat-back is not really going to provide a notable increase in power. I have an Eisenmann race axle back, and personally prefer the sound over the Milltek. The only drawback to the Eisenmann is that the tips are too damn small
