New wheel center ring issue

All just put on my new BBS CHs with Pilot PS2 and have to say I love them but there is an issue. I am getting a vibration between 55-80mph which looks like it is caused but the fact that the spacer takes up so much of the hub and the center ring has a chamfer that doesnt allow the tire to become hub centric. In talking to Tirerack they thought I could flip the ring, which is what my guy thought as well, but there is a raised ridge that will not allow the tire to mount up.

So I am down to two options get a shop to machine the raise ridge on the exiting center ring or get new ones. Any idea out there or anyone else have this problem? I saw some posts back in 04 with similar issues but not final resolution. I think the machining of the center ring will be the answer. If it is I will post pics.

Anyone else know where I can get good center rings?
