    Erik you are fast...

But the time 13,7 is disapointing to me.

Remember m5 stock did it in the supertest in 13,8 but was slower up to 100 kmh.

Many people here said that Audi did unter estimate the car time 0-200 with 14,9. But the mtm audi defintly should that even with a gain of 120 hp and 130 nm more a time under 13,5 it is hardly to achieve.

I guess the biggest problem is the rs6 wight.

Fact ist that the official 14,9 are pretty trough

ok, the outside temperature was pretty hot, but still the time is disapointing means he did 100-200 in 9,4 sec.

We have to wait for the r8v10 to really mutch and outruns bmw v10 m5limo or m6

    absolutly correct,

but a gain of 120 hp and 130 nm is a lot, and if people come around with figures for a stock rs6 wicht was messured 0-200 in 13,xxx then this mtm should at least do 12.xxx for the 0-200.

What i wanna say is that no stock rs6 truly messured on an even track would propably do the 0-200 under 14,5 sec, if yes this mtm version should be around low 12,sec on a 911 turbo level.

The car is great but way to heavy

The test was done 3 weeks ago when the weather was very very hot. Not a good thing for performance measurement.

French Sport Auto was very impressed. 0-100 km/h was measured at 4.1 sec. 1000 meters (stand still) was done in 21'7 ! ! !

    ok stock in 4,1
heavily tuned in 4,3 (even when the weahter was hot

The same magazine messured the stock one in 4,6...

sometime asking myself how accurate those different magasins are.

I just do not believe the 4,1 for a stock, when audi claimes officiale a 4,6..

dont know what you wanne tell me.

M5 stock in supertest 2006, 13,8 up to 200 kmh.

im absolutly not a pro bmw fan, but i am a bit realistic about the new rs6, and it seems, that his heavyness, makes him a bit of trouble, for really great strightline acceleration

    offical numbers from audi says

4,6 to 100 and 14,9 to 200, makes 100-200 10,3 sec. dont know if that is really that great for 580 hp..

I have never been a big fan of big alloys, plus I bet they are affecting the acceleration on this occasion. But I doubt it will be affecting it by much.

The stock car has posting times as good as these so something has caused the poor results. How does the lap time compare to the stock car?

MTM is supposedly a reputable tuner, but there are many tuners who advertise a lot of horsepower but don't deliver the performance that the horsepower indicates.

I think we have to wait for more tests of this car. Hopefully in better conditions and with 20" wheels. We can't rely on 1 magazine.
