The damn thing isn't coming Stateside, as it sounds...
Thoughts? Understated, perhaps a little too much, yet a keen eye still knows there's something special in it.

It looks good IMHO.

There are pretenders among us.....
Geniuses with the ability to become anyone they want to be.....
Looks good, about what the pshops showed. Audi should see if it can get it to the US, I think it cold sell about a 1,000 or so.
The upgraded supercharged V6 is good for the US market as well. And it's cool that it uses less fuel than the 255 hp V6.

I am buying new RS6 sedan BTW...
Much better looking than the avant.

Including the new A/S6 and Allroad! You can see the 3.0T badge on the rear!
So what's the exact weight of the saloon?
awesome. i am pretty sure we'll get at least few examples here in the US. it'll sell.
Past- A4, TT, S4
Present- R8 V10
KresoF1,
I am not sure that RS6 will be much faster or more agile than R8.
Do you look for the back seats and 4 doors orwhat is your motivation?
in a straight line it'll be faster. esp above 100 mph. not unlike an M6 or E63 vs R8 scenario.
we all await the V10 R8. finally it will put the matter to rest.
Past- A4, TT, S4
Present- R8 V10
Front looks good, stance looks good. Dont like the rear lights, looks to much like the A4, A3, and a5.
Hmmm..i dont know i prefer the previous rear lights compared to theses.
however it does look good and i think it looks a lil more aggresive than the avant IMO
Looks awesome i think, i really love it, but it takes 4.5 seconds to accelerate 0-60 (100km/h...)again. Slightly faster than M5, not faster than E63 at all and on a bad day it can also happen that it looses against a M5. It does have a great engine with much more torque than it's competitors, also better fuel economy but it seems like this amount of power is not enough...Ok, it's faster on the ring, impossible to catch up in a corner but everybody interested in straight line acceleration (at least everybody layman...) and it does not offer more than the others in this aspect.
It's engine is almost in Mercedes' 65 AMG territory in power output(ok, shorter stroke). But way sportier and AWD helps it in acceleration (i mean it gives the car GRIP while starting). But it's slower...again...Ok, it beats it's closest competitors, but only as an "all-rounder" it isn't really faster then them.
If Audi saw these numbers half year ago, i don't understand why they can not raise it's output to ~650hp if it's needed. It didn't make the car more expensive because i guess that those figures (650hp/700nm) can be produced with a little bit of modification in the exhaust system and ECU, doesn't even require to change turbos. I hope you don't think that i wish tremendous things, i just wrote my opinion about this great car.

Tom
5 Audis so far...currently:
2007 Audi A4 B7 2.0 TDI Multitronic
Prefer this to tthe Avant.
Likre the UR wheel arches which seem more prominent on the sally.
P.S Please lets not get into the RS6vM5 thang again, its soooooooooooooooo boring.......
So fast, it will re-arrange yer trousers!!
I fully agree on Tom's point of view plus, i am gutted that it doesn't feature DKG gearbox! It'd be absolutely invincible in its class and others, i am confident of that.
I did know the reason why it wasn't fitted to the car but now i cant remember...ARSE!!
