    Milltek vs Magnaflow

    Hi,

Prior to purchasing my RS4 the only real sports car I had driven was a Ferrari 355 Spyder which I had the pleasure of driving for a few weeks one summer. While the RS4 has pretty much the same power and speed I miss the rumble and roar of the Ferrari - particularly going through tunnels.

A few people have recommended an aftermarket exhaust and I'm ready to take the plunge - my question is, which one? Many people have recommended the Milltek but listening to a few different exhausts on YouTube I really think I prefer the Magnaflow.

I'm interested in hearing about your experiences, both positive and negative, on these two. I'm looking for something that's pronounced but not overstated when cruising through my family neighborhood and makes it sound like a snarling beast when I open it up on the open road. I'd like to hear the engine a little better when in race mode but there will still be times where I'll want the cockpit to be quiet like it is now - not sure if that's possible to achieve.

    Thanks in advance.

    ps.

Magnaflow certainly sounds better to me on the internet in comparirion to Milltek but the only problem with Magnaflow is the exhaust tip is not similar to stock which I would have preferred if I was to replace mine.
