    Why doesn't VAG take up Formula 1...

    ..For a while, well actually. I've been thinking, Since I read an article of Volkswagen having a fully functional, Formula 1 spec engine on the test bed, when current head of Volkswagen took charge.

    The question i've been wondering is why hasn't Volkswagen gone ahead and promoted the VAG group through Fomula 1? especially as they already tried and tested their own version of a formula 1 engine. Doesn't seem to logical to me.

    Anyone have some ideas as to why they haven't?

    Interested in hearing them.

    After LeMans I'm sure VAG will do something else.

    I amo one of those who think that they will start with a F1 team.

    there are rumors (but ONLY rumors) of and Audi/Lambo effort that can happen in the next couple of years in F1. if it turns out to be true...
