I must say that both Audi and BMW know how to pick the right rims as standard on all of their cars and the R8 is no exception.

    Agree on that.

But this didn't look that bad after all, I'd like to see some more pics from the side and so on.

And how does those 30 hp help the 0-200 kmh/ time? Anybody know?

I think with the current technology it's not that far off what can be achieved while still being comfortably relieable. When Valve-Lift reaches the engines I think there will be a bit more to be had.

1 second faster to 0-200km/h that how the new lower suspension and new evacuation helps with those 30hp...but as we all know the "standard" R8 is capable of doing 0-62m/h in 4.1s and with this aditional horse power it gets 3.9-4s at least...but my thoughts are always at the new R8 from ABT with supercharger launched at this year Frankfurt Motorshow in the same time with RS6 and new A4/S4 hmmm...so much goodies at this year show
But don't like so much the rims are not so beautiful and styled like the orginials from R8 but i like the new tail pipes, awsame design...we will see soon what MTM,ABT, etc can do with the R8...

What we ment, is that the original rims looks very good and there's no need to change them as they've done here.
