Yeah I've heard the stories about the GIAC tune. My VAG-COM just arrived in the mail this week, so as soon as I figured out how to log data I'll be double checking the tune. I bought the car with it...
Do you see any issue in having different "brands" for the ECU and TCU tunes? I've got the GIAC tune for the ECU, I assume it won't have any adverse effect on the TCU tune.
Does anyone have an update on where to get the MTM TCU chip from? I've called Horchaus, the Canadian distributor mentioned in this thread now that Hoppen doesn't exist anymore, but haven't been able...
