So replaced both fuses #20-21 and still no luck. I'm thinking it maybe the HID bulbs or ballasts or even the switch. Has anyone else had this problem?

Where's the fuse box and what size is needed. Is it normal for the fuse to go out?

I have the same problem, for a quick fix I just put a little duct tape where the insert would be just to hold it in place. I don't think they sell the insert separately but I'll keep you posted on...
