    Was this the O2 sensor that had the wiring issue? Also, this O2 sensor monitors the pre-cat, so replacing it means essentially replacing the downpipe. In any case, this is an emissions issue only...

    The phase position numbers in block 93 are pretty far off, I believe they are supposed to be +/- 4cf, but also no more than 4cf between them. You have a difference of 19cf!

    Definitely looks shot! I don't have direct experience with the 034 part, but I don't see why it wouldn't work. For the 6-speed swap, I'm using a driveshaft from an A6, so it can't be that different.
