Excellent.
While I agree with the last paragraph, any discussion about hypothetical future cars is nothing but a guessing game. All that counts is whats on the ground today.
Don't be too sure who leapfrogs...
Do you know something we don't?
What kind of bids are you getting on your car? Are you going to trade it in to the dealer for your V10?
That's what I was wondering. Is that Suzuka Grey? Or, an off color photo of Ibis?
What exterior color is that?
Wacky comparo, crazy conclusion. I agree, ZR1 is a lot of car for the money, but still, who cares?
Only last episode he said the V10 was the best car in the world. Shows you can't put any stock in...
My local dealer has two in the showroom.
I think you're right. Dealers do seem to be gouging regular R8 V8 owners on trades. I've heard of other dealers offering $85-90K for cars, yet I see them on Autotrader for $119K on average. In fact,...
Hi,
While my dealer says the V10 is in short supply, Autotrader lists 32 V10's in stock and on the ground for sale around the US.
Has demand really dropped off for the V10? Any thoughts why?
...
Nice. Have to agree.
Agree, right on the money.
Agreed, and a nightmare to keep up.
-1 Horrible
It would be a tough fight. F430 weighs 3197, V10 is 3571.
Agreed.
Hard to argue with any of that. Scud is an awesome car.
I like it! I couldn't order it on my V10. I tried.
RXBG.
I agree with your second paragraph. That is how the game works. Stay in the loop or you get excomunicated.
Enjoy your car, good conversation.
Best,
Blue
RXBG,
One thing you need to learn about Ferrari is that owners buy the cars without regard for issues of depreciation. We buy them to enjoy driving them, and then buy the next one. Ferrari owners...
You're right, I'm sure most people would take a V8 R8 over a F430 for even money.
I was just offered $85K on my trade for the V10. Just imagine how good the V8 R8 is at that price! It...
Um, no. Just no. Now you're being silly.
I don't think anybody disagrees with you. In fact, I agree with you entirely. The R8 is an outstanding car, one of a handful of the great cars on the planet.
You put it well, it's greater than...
The V8 is underpowered. It didn't take the V10 to expose that.
I don't care what R&T says, it's no sub 4.0 second car.
Baloon white, but would have to buy a Lamborghini. Given that, I'll stick with Suzuka Gray.
I ordered my v10 in SG.
