Tozo, I wouldn't go for manual TB adaptation because it's done automatically (in my RS6 like every second/third start) !
Go to measuring block 60 in the engine module and check min and max values...

Those don't work bcause of the faulty lock sensor (inside the door, under the trim). I had the same problem. Is your interior light is not lighting up after You close the door ?
The misfire problem can be related to BOTH cooling system problem and the MAF (more likely).

I'd go for the pressure test. I'd reveal the source of the leak
Dip the cue tip in the leaked fluid. Dip another one in the coolant. Compare :)

Well, it's embarssing to say but it was the first suspected part - N80. I've tested it from all the sides using my fancy methods and tools and assumed that was not faulty.
FYI: It does not have to be sealed tight.
