Regarding 'bumps'... Have you tested another N75 valve? Or, perhaps your diverter valves are sticking a little?

A pair of GT's would be a second close and cheaper option for sure. Ball bearings... Can't go wrong there. GT30's though would need some major...

The old XM modules wont work with the new gen RNS-E so you will need to upgrade that. They are cheap though. Ask Adam for compatible part numbers...
