    A couple years ago you recommended a detailer similar to yourself in the Boston Metro area. The guy did great work on my A8L but I've lost his contact information. Could I bother you to send me his contact information again or another shop you would recommend in that area?

    I tried the Swissvax for exhaust tips but can never get the results you show, full removal of carbon and luster finish. Is there a step I'm missing? How long to you leave on before removing? Also, do you use a machine to remove? Thanks again.
