Oh My GOD!
Sounds like my everyday life.
+ i will add one more.
Taxi's are not allowed to play music on the radio unless they paid the government for some legal crap fee's.
am I correct?

not only there - down south you pay the fee regardless if the radios is there or not because the taxman assumed you will have it ....
